Absolutely lovely place to paint beautiful pottery and more! They have gorgeous pieces to paint that you select from small or large beautiful pieces. I selected a gorgeous bowl to paint today. Their prices are reasonable for all the value you receive here. A huge array of paints and a very kind helper to assist you in all of your painting questions works here and his name is Isaac. He was wonderful in helping us out in this whole fun creative process and event. Please make reservations. I loved the whole experience and I would definitely go back to paint here again soon. They have times also where you can handle making the pottery, yourself. Please inquire about their pottery making classes.
It’s very relaxing to paint and create. It was a great deal of terrific activity. Everything is very clean and organized here.
There are ample parking spaces available and handicapped spaces, as well.
Please make some special time and go to Paint and Fire as you will not ever be disappointed.

We found a Creative Oasis in the Desert!

Paint & Fire in Palm Springs is an absolute gem that combines the charm of artistic expression with the laid-back vibes of this desert paradise. Whether you’re a seasoned artist or someone who hasn’t picked up a paintbrush since grade school, this creative space offers a warm and welcoming environment for all skill levels.

From the moment you step inside, you’re greeted with a vibrant energy that inspires your inner artist. The studio is thoughtfully designed with ample workspace, an impressive array of paint colors, and a wide selection of ceramic pieces to choose from. Whether you’re painting a whimsical mug, a decorative plate, or a custom keepsake, the options are endless, and the friendly staff are always on hand to offer guidance or suggestions.

What truly sets Paint & Fire apart is its relaxing atmosphere. The studio is infused with the calming aroma of the kiln, and the team encourages you to take your time, enjoy the process, and let your creativity flow. They even had great music for my creative work. The coffee mug I created is used daily with joy!

For those visiting Palm Springs, this is more than just an activity—it’s an experience. It’s the perfect blend of art and relaxation, and you leave with a personal masterpiece to remember your trip.

It’s not just about creating something beautiful; it’s about reconnecting with your creativity and leaving with a piece of Palm Springs magic in your hands. Highly recommended, we will definitely be back!

Did the pottery spinning class. So much fun even though I wasn't very good at it. Can't wait to take another class!

You can laugh if you want, that was half the fun.

Wanted to add a pic of final product. So happy, can't wait to do it again!!

They had so many options to choose from. Easy to reserve, pick what you'd like and many color choices. You paint as you'd like then they finish it for you to pick up within a week. Kid friendly and clean environment. I'd come back again.

My husband and I returned to Paint and Fire this weekend to take a clay throwing class and loved it! It was completely new to me, but Doug Anderson, the master potter, and Kelsey, one of the owners, guided everyone in the class through the process with ease. Each person was able to create about three pieces and select different colors for glazing each plate, vase, or bowl. I don't have picture of the process because my hands were covered in clay; however, this picture shows how wonderful and inviting the setup was. Can't wait to see our finished products and I’m looking forward to doing it again soon!!

One Year Ago: Paint your own pottery: what a fantastic new addition to the area! When I entered this studio last week I was struck by the incredible selection of pottery and paint colors, all beautifully displayed in such a clean, relaxing work room. Although I’m not particularly artistic, the mushroom that I painted had patterns I could follow. Examples are also on display to help with visualizing the finished colors. I’m looking forward to creating more pieces in the future, especially for the upcoming holidays!
