My husband and I have been working with Carol for several months now and have been very happy. Carol listens to both of us and most importantly, makes sure that we stop and listen to each other. She has helped us change the way that we communicate and has helped us understand each other better. She also holds us accountable for things we say we are going to do or would like to improve. She has helped us strengthen our communication and helped us work through difficult situations as parents with young children establishing a strong foundation for our marriage and family. Carol is very empathetic and thoughtful. We really enjoy the time we spend with Carol focusing on us which can be hard to do in today’s world. I would highly recommend Carol, she is a great coach and I feel she takes a deep interest in her clients. I genuinely feel that she cares about us as people and not just as clients.

Having been together with my fiance since high school, we knew we carried on habits of our younger years and wanted to strengthen our relationship and prepare for marriage. Carol was a great listener and facilitator with tough conversations. We both felt heard and was comfortable with discussing our thoughts and answers to the many exercises she provided. Thanks Carol for helping us move forward to the next chapter of our lives! Grateful to have had this positive experience with my fiance thanks to you! Also, all of our session were via facetime which still worked great! Can't wait till the day I get to actually meet Carol in person. Would definitely go back to her for future sessions if needed.

My fiancé and I decided to do premarital coaching to improve our communication and problem solving skills before our wedding. After extensive research, we found Carol. From the get-go, we appreciated Carol's professionalism, warmth, and the way she connected with us. Our 4 sessions with Carol were invaluable -- she utilized practical tools and thought-provoking questions to facilitate conversation with my partner. Topics were brought up that I didn't even know were of concern to my partner, and vice versa! We learned a lot about each other and ourselves. Carol facilitated conversations by asking questions that went deeper than the surface. She is very intuitive and never judgmental, which made it easy to open up to her. It's clear Carol loves what she does! We would recommend Carol to anyone and everyone!

My wife and I spoke with Carol and we would definitely recommend her to anyone needing help with couples coaching. Carol is very personable, an excellent communicator and very easy to work with. Best of all, you can “feel” how much she genuinely cares and wants to help since the very first time we had spoken.

I've been one of Carol's clients for the past 3 years. From our very first conversation, I could tell that she truly cared about my family's story and genuinely wanted to help. It only took my family one session to fall in love with Carol's energy, coaching style, and attitude.

She does a great job at giving everyone an equal voice and making each participant feel heard. She will also "teach you how to fish" by giving you the necessary tools to self-evaluate your communication for the long-term rather than just providing quick fixes that slip you back to your normal tendencies.

Because of Carol, my family has had the best communication we've ever had even after knowing each other our whole lives. We're finding that our honesty, courtesy, and empathy towards one another has increased significantly. We're actually able to listen and hear beyond just words.

If you're looking for a life & relationship coach, I highly recommend working with Carol. She's a game changer!

Carol is an excellent coach. My wife and I visited her for pre-marital counseling and she was very helpful in guiding us through good communication practices. We appreciated her honesty and style, and decided to use her coaching services on a regular basis. I'd recommend her to anyone who wants a healthy atmosphere to work through the issues of life.

My husband and I originally worked with Carol for pre-marital counseling, but over the years, we've checked back in with her whenever we wanted to think through big life decisions, had come to an impasse on a particular conversation, or were struggling with dilemmas individually. Carol is worth her weight in gold. She's incredible at asking the right (many times, uncomfortable) questions, digging into the true problem, and helping us find new paths forward. What I appreciate most is that she's action-oriented and chooses to focus the discussions on how we can improve for the future. We've always walked away from our sessions with her feeling heard, understood, and better about life, and I could not be more grateful for her empathy and expertise.

Communication - something my husband and I had struggled with even before getting married. As newlyweds who started off marriage in quarantine, our communication was really put to test. Lo and behold, we struggled. After doing extensive research, I came across reviews that I resonated with, and we set up a consultation with Carol.

I instantly felt connected to Carol. She was attentive, understanding, patient, and empathetic. She was able to pick up on my body language, identified core issues that my husband and I were too afraid to talk about, and gave me hope in our marriage. Carol is so comforting; she reminded me that I could draw boundaries if I felt she was overstepping things because I had my emotional moments. In all honesty, I just cry easily. She also reminded us that there was absolutely no judgment and she was never there to take sides; she just wanted to help us.

We initially had weekly sessions with Carol the first month or so and then spaced it out to every other week. Some weeks, we had "homework" to complete, which were activities or communication tools used to build a stronger foundation.

I loved the check-ins at the beginning of each session to see if any conflict had occurred during the week because the majority of the time, we had differences during the week. Carol has this amazing ability to find a balance between two different personalities and find common ground - that was a constant struggle for my husband and I.

Carol picked up on some ambiguous expectations that both my husband and I placed on one another and really helped us clarify what we really wanted out of each expectation. Was it realistic? If so, does the other person interpret these expectations the same way? How can we implement and practice these new expectations?

My husband and I are still a work in progress, but with the tools that Carol has equipped us with, I'm certain we will continue progressing in a positive direction. For that, I cannot thank Carol enough. Whether you're doing pre-marital coaching or have been married for some time and need some realignment in your marriage, I highly recommend Carol.
