What a great place! I was in the area from out of town and I needed a place to train the Olympic lifts. Omar was happy to let me drop in, and the facility was well equipped for my training needs (with weightlifting bars, kilo plates, and platforms). If I’m ever in the area again, I’ll most certainly be returning — and I encourage anyone looking for a great strength and conditioning facility to check this place out!

For folks thinking about joining as an 'open gym' member, I would highly recommend looking at other facilities in the area. The owner is a patronizing, small-minded male Karen. Consumer beware.
