Has been wonderful! He's helped save me money. He moved me from an old flip phone to a new smart phone, helped get me off basic cable and install internet and a new TV. He's always been helpful in getting me the best prices and deals on my electronics. I'd highly recommend him!

Kyle is a consummate professional, and I would bring my electronics to get repaired again should the need arise. I had a PlayStation 5 that needed the HDMI port replaced due to a grainy red static that was bleeding through the picture. While he was repairing it he noticed a trace on the circuit board that needed repair as well. He documented photos and videos to keep me updated throughout the whole process. I am so glad that I didn’t have to settle for ubreakIfix as their reviews are notoriously bad. I would 100 percent recommend to anyone. Thank You Kyle!

Kyle is extremely helpful and knowledgeable! Any computer issue that you have, he will fix it more proficiently then anyone else. I always go to him for any issues and he responds promptly. My PC was super outdated and I had no idea where to begin, he walked me through the update process and now my PC runs much better.

I contacted Northbridge Tech a couple days back about fan replacements, and a couple more issues, best $100 I've spent in awhile. He found the parts and fixed everything very quickly, went above and beyond by fixing by antenna and really detailing my computer cleaning it, applied new thermal paste. Overall, loved working with him, WILL be working with him in the future for any of my computer needs.

My son’s computer that he’d just gotten a couple of upgrades for Christmas suddenly stopped sending a signal to the monitor. He was devastated as this was a Christmas gift he was really excited about but couldn’t use. I reached out to Northbridge tech repair and they had me drop it off yesterday, even though they were technically closed. They got it fixed, updated it, and fixed a couple of things that were improperly mounted to help avoid future issues. They were incredibly sweet - my son is thrilled to have his computer back. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone that needs a computer repaired.
