I visited Mena for a week on business and worked out here. First of all the week pass give you 24 hour access and it was $16. Incredible value, good equipment that includes Cybex treadmills and a large variety of strength training equipment to work every area of the body. Overall I would highly recommend it.

Awesome place to work out. Machines are kept in great order. They got not only a sauna but a tinning bed as well. They got showers and a locker room. Owners a pretty nice guy. Great rates.

We've been going for about a month now and like this place quite a bit. The staff a friendly and informative. Even at it's busiest we haven't had to wait on any machines. Come and get fit!

The first 24-hour facility in Mena. The owners are great people. Good equipment, clean and reasonably priced. Does have tanning.

The billing system is not working right and they claim they don't know anything about them taking too much out or the bank.
There is a class action law suit against the ABC billing system this gym uses.
