Its been a wonderful experience coming out for lessons at Brian and Reika's property. Its a great location just slightly away from the hustle and bustle of town, beautiful nature, fresh air, and artwork of all kinds everywhere! Brian and Reika are the real deal. Their whole family is full of lifelong artists with endless talents across many modalities.
Brian and Reika are both so genuinely kind and easy to talk with, they could probably work with children (or adults) of any age! My daughter is not always interested in following along in lessons, but they bring such passion and care to every activity she can't help but enjoy herself and follow along! Our community is truly blessed to have a family such as this willing to share their talents and teach our future generations. Can't recommend enough.

We had the best experience here! I brought my son and daughter (11 and 14) in with no experience. Reiki and Brian were kind and wonderful teachers. Their property is peaceful and feels very warm and welcoming. Both Reiki and Brian took turns teaching the kids, using a few different approaches, hand building, coil and throwing. I loved how they encouraged the students to embrace the learning process. My kids and I both looked forward to going out to their place and working in their studio space, we always left more relaxed. We loved it!

My girls recently just completed an amazing three-week pottery class with Reika and Brian. They were kind, gentle and patient as they helped them explore both the wheel and slabs of clay. My girls had a blast and are already looking forward to coming back for some more classes after summer break! 😉

My children and two of their friends recently completed three pottery classes with Reika and Brian. They were so kind and patient! While scheduling the class Reika was very helpful in figuring out how to get all of them time on the wheel as well as participate in some very creative projects at the table. They really had a great time and can't wait to go back!

My daughter and I really enjoyed spending time here and learning how to do pottery. Brian taught us how to do a simple coil pot but it ended up like abstract sculptures instead since my three year old had other plans. 🙂 she had so much fun sculpting and playing with clay. What a great place to spend an afternoon surrounded by beautifully crafted pieces of pottery, trees and mountains. Would love to come back and learn some more!

Wow, where do I start!
First off, Reika is such a kind and warm person and we’ve enjoyed getting to know her and her sweet family immensely.

My daughter has learned A LOT, from guitar to all sorts of artistic elements such as water color and Pen and Ink to name a few. She is now working on Graphic Design and will be trying her hand at sewing in the future. Reika has so much to offer and is generous in her skill and knowledge!

My daughter looks forward to her weekly lessons and is excited to share with me what she’s learned. We can’t say enough great things about Reika and are so grateful for her!
