I went into my first transformational life coaching session with Emily a little apprehensive because I felt like I was too busy and didn't have time, but knew I needed a change because I was completely bogged down with juggling motherhood, my day job and my side hustle during the pandemic. I was fizzling out fast and knew something needed to change, but didn't know what. Emily talked me through a lot of some damaging self-talk I was doing and reminded me, empathetically and gently, that the sun rises every morning. I was surprised at how Emily's line of questioning opened up some deep topics very quickly and how much easier I could breathe afterwards - I was having stress-induced anxiety before, and noticed how much lighter and happier I felt in my body at the end of each session.

I spent 2 hours total with Emily in 2 sessions, and I can't believe how much we were able to cover conversationally. She taught me how to recognize and externalize my negative drivers and introduce positive and joyous ones. I went into both sessions not knowing what to expect and feeling like I should have prepared beforehand, but that's just my Type A-ness baggage. The flexibility and openness in Emily's sessions allowed me to lean into Emily's warmth as she guided me through some twisty paths of spontaneous discovery. Smart, conversationally creative and sensitive -- can't recommend Emily highly enough!
