It was my first time ever being at Music Music. The owner Jen has to be one of the most sweetest and well respected person of business i have met. I called ahead of time, which was a good idea.Because she does a lot of private lessons within her store and their policy is by appointment only. This was.
Not an issue and between her lessons.She was more than willing to accept me while I was in town. I have been searching for a guitar for over a week.Now I have been to Guitar Center and other major stores.But she had exactly what I was looking for. Her customer service was impeccable and her manners even more. In today's it is hard to find good customer service and gets was great! Even willing to work on price for the guitar specifically for me and also gifting my daughter little gifts. It is this kind of service and respect that keeps people a customer forever. Thank you Jen for your generosity and service. It was greatly appreciated and you will see me again in the future. 10/10 would recommend!

Updated: I took flute lessons from Jen a few years ago and was very pleased. She is also very knowledgeable about the variety of wind and string instruments she has for sale, and she builds custom mouthpieces for saxes. The only caveat is the hours listed on various websites. Music Music is open for appointments only, so call before you go in! I had a sticky pad on my soprano sax and took it to the store without calling. There was a hand-lettered note on the door saying that the store hours had changed.

The owner Jennifer Price is plays both woodwind and brass instruments and she is a fantastic teacher. Buying an instrument from Jen is always a great experience. Her prices are the lowest I find and her customer service is exceptional. Before going to a huge chain music store go to Music Music it's a very pleasant experience.

Love Jen the owner. My daughter takes voice and piano lessons, and my son takes trumpet with Jen. We also bought my son's trumpet from her.
We are truly happy at Music Music. Jen is an incredibly talented musician and instructor, very experienced, and kind. We are going to continue with lessons from her for years to come.

I love this place! Not only does this store sell instruments, lessons for various instruments and voice are available. I have been taking voice lessons from Jen for forever and I could not be more happy. She is sweet and supportive but honest, which is necessary when you aim to improve. She cares deeply about her students as though they were family, and always strives to make you feel comfortable and confident of your talents.

This store has a nice variety and is run by the kindest, most caring and knowledgeable people I’ve ever met. Jennifer & Norm have also been busy and beloved music instructors for many, many years. Their product & musical services go beyond the storefront, including lessons, hand-made original mouthpieces for A-list performers and more. I highly recommend stopping by to check out this beautiful little shop.

Jen and Maria are awesome. Just purchased a Alto Sax from Jen. She's extremely knowledgeable about Saxophones. I brought my Tenor Sax in for some very minor maint and I am totally impressed with this store and wound up purchasing a Beautiful brand new Alto Sax at a great price. Will defiantly will be doing some lessons with Jennifer. She Rocks !!!! Maria thank you so much for helping my wife with her Cello and she will be coming in for some Ukulele lessons. YOU GUYS ROCK !!! thank you.

I met the owner, Jen, and she is delightful! I only needed a little thing but she treated me with her full attention and graciousness. She is knowledgeable and also sweet as can be. I highly recommend her establishment.
