Move4

This is the workout I didn’t even know I needed in my life! To be honest the reformer machine was a little intimidating but my instructor, Tara, was so patient and helpful with explaining how everything worked. Plus, her playlist was stacked! The workout was the perfect amount of challenging for me. I can’t say enough great things about the crisp & clean facility, and welcoming staff. The women in my class were all ages & fitness levels. It was a really fun & positive environment. I will definitely be back.

This studio is incredible! You can tell every instructor loves being there and wants to lead the best possible class. They’re constantly learning new things and adding in new training/classes. The machine class (modern Pilates) was perfect when I was pregnant and also postpartum. While I’m through both of those stages, I’m still feeling challenged each workout. Love this place!

Move4 has brought new life to my workouts. The workouts *only* last 45 min, but they are ALWAYS challenging, and I have gotten so much stronger in the past 9 months that I no longer have lower back pain. The studio is full of motivated people and it's such a positive and fun atmosphere to be a part of. I highly recommend giving it a try!

This was my first Pilates class and it was not intimidating. Everyone was very welcoming. The studio is clean, cool, and very well set up. They have water bottles, electrolytes, sticky socks, and a wide variety of workout clothes. I highly recommend checking this place out to elevate your fitness, health and overall life.

Move 4 is addictive! I attend the 5:15am class and it is the perfect way to start my day. It is a wonderful strengthening, full body workout that is gentle on the joints. I have seen a major transformation in the way I look and feel since starting. The nurturing community is a bonus to the great workout! I can't recommend it enough and am so thankful we have this opportunity in Dothan!

Move4 is The most welcoming, friendly atmosphere. I’ve never done anything compared to this but I never felt any doubt that the staff was here to help me succeed! I leave feeling SO happy and just better about myself. Definitely the place to be for a full body workout.

Move 4 is an incredible new addition to Dothan / Wiregrass area! With great workout classes created for any walk of life - Move 4 helped me jump start my fitness journey after having babies and has quickly become my comfort place.
