This is my daughter's fourth season dancing at Momentum, and her second year as a competition dancer. When we first started, we enrolled her in one recreational class, telling her each season we could "move up" in her commitment to dance if she wanted to. Without fail, she has wanted to do more and more dance each year, which is not just a testament to her love of dancing, but to Betsy Woyach (and her staff's) passion, love and dedication to running this studio. You can not walk into a room with Betsy and not immediately be captivated by her positivity, outgoing personality, professionalism and genuine love for her dancers and families. There is nowhere else in Santa Barbara we'd ever consider enrolling our daughter for dance, and nowhere else our dancer would rather be.

Choosing Momentum Dance Company for my daughters was the best thing we did when we moved into the area. Betsy, the director, has made sure the studio is like a second home to all the children here. What I especially love is that the classes are intimate sized and not crowded and overwhelming. I also love that there is no favouritism and every single dancer gets their time to shine whether they are just beginners or not. Thank you MDC!

Momentum dance company has literally transformed my daughter in the best way possible. She has become more confident in herself and in her dance due to the constant encouragement and positive reinforcement the staff provides. Going to dance at Momentum is a joy for her. From the littlest child there to the oldest, the owner Betsy and her staff put their all into theses dancers and support them in every way possible. I feel so privileged to be able to have a studio like this in town that I can send my daughter to.

Momentum Dance Company went above and beyond to cater to my exact Dance needs. Never before had I been at a studio with such attentive teachers, loyal, dedicated students, with a happy, drama-free environment. Betsy Woyach, the director and owner, has so much passion for the art which drastically comes across in the competition winning pieces she sets for each company, along with the time and effort she puts into each and every dancer. In just one year of dancing at Momentum I grew immensely as a dancer and person and would not only recommend this studio but confidently say it is the ONLY studio you should send your dancer to.

I’ve been a guest teacher several times at Momentum and each and every time I have had an amazing time! The company’s owner, Betsy, knows how to train well-rounded and professional dancers that are willing and eager to learn. Her dancers were polite, engaged, and a thrill to teach. I have been dancing at this studio for 2 years and I love it!! The director, Betsy, is so knowledgeable and kind and you can tell she cares so much about all her dancers. The choreography is always new and cutting edge, and the competitions are so much fun! Dance here or send your dancer here, you won’t regret it
