I came to the with Jess, and was able to leave my 16 month old with the another staff member in the daycare area. She was so patient and sweet to my son. Jess also gave me great specialized modification for my current pregnancy. Couldn’t recommend it more for moms who need to squeeze their workouts in!

I started my Pilates journey here after having some trial lessons here. I'm taking the $299 monthly plan, and have taken 20 lessons here. So far so good.
Coach Ana and Arianna are warm and beautiful people who give you clear instructions and their style fit me well that the training helps me become stronger and better, and the 50-minute session flies quick.
The vibe is right and I feel comfortable every time I come. The app is convenient to schedule lessons. I'm able to find a slot I like if plan ahead. The group class is not that crowed as some other reviews may mention. It's 12 people class, but the coaches could still give you some personal suggestions, while this is not guaranteed, but this is within my expectation as it's group lesson.

As someone who frequents many pilates studios, I was impressed with the attention of the instructor (Milly). She gave each student corrections and encouragement.
I'm planning on booking my next class here when I return to California!

The management is horrible here. Came to the class but was told that someone with my name checked in already and took my spot. As I was pulling up the history and convincing them that “I am myself”, the front desk arrogantly said anyway it’s 10 minutes passed and I could not take the class. If it were not their mistake, I could just go straight and check in. I didn’t see any professional management in this studio.

Good staff and coach! I have taken over 20 classes here. Every class is pro and great! Ana, Jess, Raelene are all great! I love Ana most! She will always pay attention to everyone. Correct my mistake. Always patient and pro!

This place is so close and convenient so I really wanted to love it but the vibe is off.

Pros:
-Pretty - the studio is light and bright

Cons:
-Getting into class is unpredictable. You usually have to join a waitlist then find out hours before if you got in making planning very challenging
-instructors are incredibly inconsistent, so far one was good and two were not great
-only two instructors offered adjustments for people with injuries or different strength levels despite seeing many people in the class struggle
-I can’t figure out what style they teach. Some are more like Lagree but not quite and none have been quite like traditional reformer Pilates. It’s more like calisthenics on a machine
-sock policy requires covered toes, which means you lose grip and balance making it less safe
-classes are very expensive
-they aren’t particularly friendly

Unfortunately there aren’t many alternatives in Palo Alto, so I may go back occasionally but I would not recommend if you have alternatives.

Highly reccomend.

After a quick correspondence from MNTSTUDIO, I signed up for a class.

It was exciting, exhilarating and all things in between from start to end.

Front desk attendant was warm & welcoming . She gave me a tour to show me restrooms, locker setup before showing me into class. There’s a nice waiting area too.

Once inside, I was greeted by coach Stephanie who is also very kind. She happily guided me how to work the machine , what to expect and also reassured me that she’ll show me tips in between the class too.

She did just that!! She was helpful to advise and adjust me as necessary to follow along. I was grateful for this. I met a friendly fellow customer who was also loving her classes.

Can’t wait to give my body the challenge it needs and recover post-partum! I reccomend MNTSTUDIO to anyone curious about a Pilates Reformer class. You’ll love it!!

Ps- they also offer childcare during classes so this is a PLUS! Look forward to returning for more fun. Thanks MNTSTUDIO for kicking my butt!!

I had great class experience at this studio.

Meanwhile, I agree with some of the reviewers mentioned below. This studio has some issue with being transparent about crucial information especially related with price.
They charged me $21 for a pair of socks at my first class. No price label attached to their goods at store. Please ask about the price before any in-store purchase.

They charged me $25 when I was 12 mins late for a class. They claimed they have 10 mins grace period, out of 10mins range , a late fee will be charged. However, nothing like that mentioned in the contract that I signed when I subscribed the membership.

I learned my lessons through two things above. And asked them explicitly about pausing the subscription for one month. Nothing about pausing subscription was mentioned in the contract either. Just figured it out that they will charge $25 for pausing once?
