Frank is the best art teacher I have ever met. In addition to his amazing painting skills, he also has rich experience in painting teaching and is very caring and patient with his students. His classes are interesting and lively, and he develops appropriate teaching methods for students of different levels. Since I came here to study, my painting skills have improved rapidly.
