Mika is a fantastic place! My son has been going here for a few years. They incorporate structure and discipline into their day to day activities, which has tremendously helped my son’s ability to focus. Mika has transportation vans, which allows coaches to take the kids to playgrounds and on field trips in the summer…an amenity that you will not find at many childcare places. The facility is always immaculate and my son loves going to Mika! 5/5 rating here 😊

Mika has been nothing but a wonderful experience for our family. They have a high quality program of enriching, fun and structured activities, and they go the extra mile with special events and little things to make the kids feel special and reward good behavior. The staff are so nice, fun and professional. I also very much appreciate their excellent email communication - always very clear, thorough and timely. All this at an affordable price and great hours. Highly, highly recommend - the best around!

MIKA is such an awesome after school program! They are small, they provide their own transportation, and they have a great daily program for the kiddos, including karate. MIKA staff is fantastic and my kids LOVE going there.

My nephew has been going here since he started Kindergarten (now in 2nd grade) The coaches are absolutely amazing. They are great with the kids. The fact that they get to do some karate while just being at an afterschool program or summer camp is great.

I've had kids in here for years starting back when it was Kuma. The dojo is a classic style, mostly everything you could want. The curriculum is now Isshinryu which is a neat style and the kids seem to enjoy it. The instructors are great with the kids, and though it can be hard to teach kids karate especially at younger ages, they do wonderfully.

Only gripes... The parking lot is a nightmare, and the seating indoors is also a nightmare. Show up early for parking, and bring a pad for your bum. Also is very distracting to have day camp kids exiting via the dojo during class time.
