Nicki and Shannon are the best! I have done the Women's Clinic twice now and will continue to go whenever they have them. Not only do Nicki and Shannon create a calm open environment for everyone but I learn so much about surfing every time I go! Creating this space where beginner surfers like myself can feel comfortable and supported by others is exactly what I have been looking for. Its been a wonderful experience and I highly recommend to surfers of all levels!

I took a lesson with Zak and would highly recommend it! I have surfed ~10 times in the past so was really just trying to brush up on my skills before a trip. He did a wonderful job working with students from different ranges of experience, and really made the lesson worthwhile. Thank you so much!

I attended a women's surf clinic led by Marin Outdoor Adventure. I really enjoyed it and learned a lot. It was a great day and great way to improve my surf skills and meet other surf loving women! Nicki and her crew did a great job. Highly recommend

My husband and I signed up for a private lesson and had a great experience with Thane in Bolinas. This was my husband's 1st and my 2nd lesson so we are true newbies, and Thane couldn't have been more encouraging and supportive. We covered some basics and then were in the water pretty quick, with Thane giving us pointers and feedback throughout the lesson. Great day out on the water and we will most likely book future lessons with these guys.

What a blast! Be prepared to get hooked. We took a beginner lesson, and my 10 year old got up on her board effortlessly on her first attempt! Nicki and her team, have a passion for connecting people to each other- and to nature- through sports. What an awesome way to do something fun and healthy for ourselves while also deepening our relationships and experiencing our abundant open spaces. I also LOVE the fact that this is WOMAN-OWNED and operated local business. This is a refreshing change in an industry that has been mostly male. Thank you MOA for your inspiration on so many levels!! We'll be back!
