I’ve just completed a 21 day reset Fresh Start Program with Marcellina and am excited by the results!!! I have various medical conditions that have kept me mostly sedentary. I have more energy and less fatigue (which has been a huge hurdle for me in many ways). My inflammation has lessened and my Dyshidrosis (form of eczema) has improved. I no longer feel bloated after eating. I know keeping these changes will provide continued results and will help me to get off some medications! Marcellina was very understanding and patient with me on this journey. She explains clearly (easy to understand) how our bodies use the right foods for energy as well as how the wrong foods affect our bodies (skin, liver, kidneys etc). A very eye opening experience! With her guidance I’m looking forward to learning more and making even more changes towards a healthier life. I’m looking forward to living life again!

Marci absolutely helped change my life! She taught me what foods fuel my body and what foods drain my body! Beyond food she also had great ideas for self care, mindfulness and good sleep hygiene. I began working with Marcellina because I had developed major allergies that were effecting my daily life. I couldn’t stop coughing which was keeping me from sleeping well and going out during the Pandemic. My body was also breaking out in hives and simple cuts or scratches were no longer healing. With her encouragement and guidance, I went through a Dietary Reset, my coughing subsided and I was able to breathe normally. My hives started to go away and my body began healing itself. I was even able to lose 30 lbs and lower my cholesterol by 60 points without this being the primary focus of my goals through coaching. What I loved about my experience with Marcellina is that she was able to direct me to foods, recipes, and a simple exercise routine that suited my current situation. Not only did she help me change my eating habits, she helped me build a new lifestyle that I intend to maintain indefinitely.

I have been working with Marcelina for 6 months and it has been an eye-opener for me. She is an amazing life coach and helped me figure out what I needed to work on. When I was lost and unsure of what the future may hold, her positivity and encouragement helped me break old habits and to try new things. My communication skills have improved and so did my self-worth. She has given me new perspective on my journey and that everything has a reason. I am grateful for her and I know I would not be where I am today without her help.
