Mary is an amazing health coach who really works to bring all the pieces of the puzzle together, and address your health on every level....physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. I have been sick for years with Hashimoto's among other health issues. Mary has helped connect me with the proper healthcare providers which has been an immense help as I have spent years searching for the proper providers for me that want to do more than just offer me another pill to mask my problems. Before I met Mary, I struggled with inflammation, weight, fatigue and low energy. Since working with Mary, my weight loss has been 26 pounds in 5 weeks. She helps you map out a plan that is realistic and easy to follow based on what your specific needs require.
