I’ve been going to physical therapy for the last 4 weeks after knee surgery. I usually don’t stick it out with PT but I have been helped so much so fast at Sports Performance. Each week I’ve seen more progress. The atmosphere is very positive and everyone is so helpful. Kiel did my initial evaluation and did a very thorough job. I have been working with Emily Hood and she is just so personable and knowledgeable. She listens and asks questions and gives me exercises that make me stronger each session. I’m literally going to be miss my sessions when my therapy is done.

I can’t say enough good things about SMHC Sports Performance, particularly Kiel and Anthony. From the moment you walk in the door, everyone is warm and friendly, treating you like family even if they are not the ones actually treating you. Kiel and Anthony are outstanding therapists. They listen closely and make you feel heard. They seem genuinely concerned with your health, constantly checking in to make sure you’re ok. When they tell you to call with anything you need, you believe it - and they do deliver on that promise! As an employee of an orthopedic practice, I look forward to recommending these guys to all of my patients!

I have been working with Kristen Y and Anthony A as my primary PT and PTA. They have been amazing with their attitude and attention to the individual details of my knee replacement rehab making adjustments as needed for each session. Additional the rest of the PT staff has pitched in when needed and knew the details of my therapy session and made me feel like I was known by the whole staff. The administration staff have been very helpful and accommodating for getting my insurance and appointments taken care of without any issues.
Everyone is upbeat and caring for all of the patients that are there all the time. Can’t wait to continue with Emily at the Sports Performance Center once my PT is done!

SMHC Sports performance center is the best facility I’ve been too for physical therapy. The staff is absolutely fantastic and the equipment is top notch. Everyone is extremely personable and professional and they care about your physical improvement. And have fun doing it. I’ve had Anthony both times I’ve been along with Kiel and they’ve always been able to help me out with my ongoing issues.

SMHC Sports Performance Performance Center- Springvale/Sanford has the hands down best staff! Kyle and Anthony have been absolutely amazing and have gone above and beyond to help me with my injury. All the staff here are great! I have nothing but positive things to say about my whole experience. I was quick to be scheduled for an appointment, Kyle and staff sent out the paperwork so timely and complete that a few hours after I left my consultation I had approval from worker’s compensation to start PT. Everyone gives amazing patient centered care, are so nice, and I have blast throughout my physical therapy session. 10 out of 10 I would recommend this place to anybody!! Thank you SMHC Sports Performance Center- Springvale/ Sanford and that you Kyle and Anthony! Great job!!

This was my first time needing physical therapy and it was a great experience! SMHC Sports Performance Center is really a very friendly and inviting atmosphere and everyone is so kind and helpful. Anthony A. and Kyle K. are amazing! I procrastinated on seeking help for an injury for too long. They worked with me for 3 months and I am finally able to not be in pain walking up and down stairs. They are so personable and professional and always looking to find the comfort zone. I highly recommend SMHC Sports Performance Center for your Physical Therapy needs. The energy that all the therapists have is just amazing.

This is my second round of therapy. My first round was with Kyle. This round I see Kiel and Anthony. I can honestly say I like going to therapy because everyone is so awesome!! They answer any questions I have and they always greet me with a smile and ask me how I'm doing!! I like that you can be yourself around them. They just make you feel comfortable. The receptionists are awesome as well. Always greeted with a smile and they know me by name. Just a great place to get any physical therapy you may need. I highly recommend this place!!!!
