London is an absolute gem of a human being first and foremost. She is incredibly wise beyond her years and is extremely in tune with my emotional state without me having to share much. The experience of coaching and therapy with London had been quite shocking in the most pleasant of ways. I have been to many therapists in the past for anxiety, depression and stage of life crisis and we barely even got to solution after 15-20 sessions or so. However, with London, she offered solutions within the first 2 to 3 sessions and after a very short period of time I had completely gotten over a heartbreak, gotten ahold of my anxiety, my depression had almost entirely dissipated, and I was entering a very uplifting and positive new romantic relationship. I am writing this years later to share that me and my partner are going strong, and I am still symptom free remembering the tools London had taught me. I can still hear her voice in my head. This is how powerful this woman is! She is quite the remarkable clinician. I know that I would be in a much darker place if it weren’t thanks to all of the work London poured into our sessions. I have to also add she would encouragingly voice note or text me words of support and tool implementation in the most synchronistic moments of time where I needed them! This woman is really in tune and steps outside of the box with her clients in such a way where they really do see sustainable change because she acts in real time and not just in the session. I am forever grateful.

I cannot wear a mask for a second in front of this woman, which in all honesty - is the point of this type of work… to be unmasked, raw and vulnerable so we can get to the root of the issue. London has a unique gift, through her brilliance and empathy, to inspire you, make you laugh and make you ponder thoughts a lot more deeply than usual. I greatly admire her work as a psychotherapist, life coach, relationship coach and all around healer. In just a few sentences of a share from a dear and close family member of mine, I directly witnessed London sum up this persons entire romantic, history, patterns, underlying fears as well as desires all again - within minutes of hearing a few sentences and knowing him. She then continued to share with him the steps he would need to take in order to create the relationship he wanted, and when I witnessed him apply the steps, he is now living a very fulfilling, romantic love life. After witnessing this, I despised to then proceed with utilizing her services for my romantic life and it truly worked wondered. I was experiencing a consistent what London would call “cognitive dissonance” between what I wanted and how I was showing up. It felt insurmountable. The patterns were so unknown to me as I didn’t even realize I was engaging in them, once I shifted this and a few other things that were much less obvious as well / my romantic relationship, and overall quality of life shifted with large magnitude.

If you have a chance to work with London, I would not hesitate, as it may just change at least one if not many areas of your life! As a coach and client, I can attest to this!

Her kindness, compassion, and sharp expertise (she knows so much about a variety of interpersonal topics that are highly relatable!) is felt from the moment you first speak with her. She stopped me halfway through my sentence and described the situation 100% accurately without barely being given any detail! This is what got me to decide to work with her as a life coach only after speaking to her about an issue at hand for ten minutes! She provided so much insight, asked me the right questions and frankly made me feel so positive and hopeful about my circumstance. I even tested her advice before our first official session and my issue was resolved! This pattern has followed the entirety of our work together now for the past year and a half! The reason I continue working with London is because my issues get resolved and I have new goals I like to obtain! Other therapists have left me feeling drained and just neutral at best. Not to mention, her engaging style (mixed with humor) will leave you feeling heard, understood and looking forward to therapy/coaching (whichever you decide on!) all while working actively toward helping you resolve conflicts and ultimately happiness. London is ridiculously talented at helping you understand the inner blocks that keep you from finding the right romantic partner. I had the same dating pattern for years where I would attract the exact same type of partner over and over and be left feeling majorly disappointed at the end. I even went to multiple therapists to understand why I was attracting the same type of partner and to see how I could break this pattern?! 5 therapists later, I was left with the same understanding I was given with the first therapist. I heard nothing new and got no different results in dating or my relationship world until I met LONDON. On our first consultation call she asked me just for a few details about my family history, which I was very hesitant to share because I was tired of talking about the past. After 3 sentences - she literally intuitively told me my relationship pattern, what I felt was missing and the real reason I wasn’t finding it. I kid you not - 7 solid months of working with this woman later - I am now in the happiest relationship of my life and we are discussing engagement for next year! London, has clinical skills don’t get me wrong because we did work slightly on my past wounds but, this woman is just KNOWLEDGABLE, SHARP, INTUITIVE AS HELL AND SPIRITUAL. There were so many moments where I was about to speak and she literally spoke the words I was thinking!!!! There were other moments in between sessions where London would text me with a reminder or a random statement relevant to how I was feeling in that very moment!!! She is massively in tune with her clients or at least fair and safe to say.. WITH ME! You’re missing out by not giving this woman a shot. If not for your love life, let alone because she allows you a safe space to unload some of the hard stuff you just don't know how to talk about nor do you even know you’re feeling feel down until she puts an exact name to it! I found a very unique therapist, I felt she was wholeheartedly invested from the very start and I can tell instantly that to LONDON this is not just a job or her hobby, it's literally her life's mission.
