I visited Lola at her Art studio several times. Not only she is an incredibly talented artist with an original technique and approach to large scale still life drawings. I particularly liked her latest abstract black and white painting that i photographed her against it. + See photos attached)
The bold contrast between the dark and light and well executed brush strokes made an impression on me. what was even more impressive to see how many great talented young students she has under her wings at her workshop.
Super young but well looked after and trained to become future master painters.

Lola's classes have been incredible for my teenage son. She's a highly accomplished artist and an excellent teacher which is not easy to find. My son has been taking art classes since he was little (including classes at Otis, Pasadena Art Center, AP art in high school, etc) and she is clearly making a big difference in his skills, style and general understanding of the arts. He is also working with Lola to get his portfolio ready for college applications. We've had a great experience with Lola.

There's not enough space to write all the great things I have to say about Lola. Lola has an extraordinary ability to help you find your style without ever imposing herself or her vision on you. She allows you to see the word and your own work in ways that will astonish you. She can work with ANYBODY on their level and inspire you to do things you never imagined yourself capable of doing. And she's not just great with adults. I've seen her work with young kids and adolescents. I was blown away by the creativity she brought out in them.

I can say without hesitation, Lola has changed my life. If you try one class, you'll be hooked.
