Life Coaching with Kasia is a unique and wonderful experience that I highly recommend!

Kasia is compassionate and inspirational, a knowledgeable horse trainer and guide. She has helped me become so comfortable around horses and I can’t imagine my life without this experience.

Kasia is clear and concise in how she teaches safety around the horses, and meets each person according to their personal comfort zone. I have attended a few sessions 1:1 with Kasia and the horse, and one where my husband joined me. These sessions have all been wonderful. I have gained so much from my time with Kasia. The process of working with her and learning from her while interacting with the horse has helped me in many different ways.

Kasia’s thoughtful questions and reflections have been thought-provoking for me in my day-to-day life. I can’t recommend her enough. It has truly been a life changing experience!

Equine therapy with Kasia takes therapy to a whole new level of application in my daily life moments. Somehow seeing the horse attend to its own self-care by laying down in the warm sunshine, and affording me the opportunity to come near, run my hands through her warm, thick coat, nestle into her soft back, hear her heart beat, stomach growl ... imprinted into my mind and heart that I received this satisfying opportunity because the horse was doing her self-care. Kasia provided the insight, capturing the connection for me, causing me to wonder what opportunities may come as a result of me doing my own self-care.

Absolutely fantastic life coach and horse trainer. I first met Kasia as part of a life coaching with horses course, and then took several days of horsemanship with her.
