I have been looking for the ‘right’ yoga class for a very long time. I am so grateful for finding Jess and her practice! Jess creates such a warm, welcoming and inclusive space. She makes it clear that this is MY yoga practice and that it is always okay to do what feels right for me! This ethos is so important for me. I’ve had the opportunity to attend her classes at the YMCA, at Simply Rooted and in nature at Yoga in the Park! Jess is THE BEST!

Skilled , professional and calming yoga instructor . Really works with you and your personal needs. She helped me use different positions and breathing techniques while pregnant and giving birth.

She also helped my oldest daughter 9, to channel any anxiety through yoga.

She is kind, compassionate , calming and helps you connect to your inner self through yoga. Definitely would recommend for any service !

We said Yes to Jess! She has been so wonderful to work with. She spent an hour and a half on zoom over many days getting to know us and our story while letting us in on her background and experience. Jess is so genuine and cares about people and their well-being. She gives you that, 'known you her whole life' feeling. She was happy to listen to the theme and mood of our wedding and express to me that she is flexible with what we are going for on our special day! We highly recommend Jess, she made our wedding ceremony perfect!! She wrote the most beautiful script for the ceremony and included all of the little details from our many zoom meetings. We were highly impressed with her attention to detail and brought to tears with her beautiful words about our love story. After our ceremony, all of our guests wanted to know who our officiant was and raved about what an incredible ceremony she made it. Everyone thought we had been friends with Jess for years, even though we had only known each other for 2 months and met in person the day of the wedding! We couldn't have picked a better officiant!

We met Jess at a local wedding expo, and my now-husband and I felt an immediate connection with her. After a discussion about the services she offered, we did a lap around the expo to discuss our thoughts and both agreed Jess felt like the right fit for our wedding. We immediately returned and booked her for our desired date, which was the first reservation we made for our wedding (even before the venue!). I am so glad we did!
Jess has been amazing to work with. She is so kind and communicative. She wrote us a beautiful ceremony that really fit us and our wants. She gave great options for things that we could include in the ceremony if we wanted and even created a special hand blessing for us based on a different tradition we had mentioned we thought was cool. I loved that she kept some of the ceremony script a surprise until the ceremony itself as it made it feel even more special and impactful to me.
We invited Jess to stay for the remainder of our wedding, and she fit right in with our family and friends. She added a lot of positive energy and love to a magical day. Our guests all loved her and made many positive comments about her ceremony and her as a person.
In addition to officiating, we also asked Jess to lead a morning yoga class on the morning of the wedding. Again, we are so happy we did! I enjoy yoga but don't do it as frequently as I should, and I was on the fence about attending because I was starting to get stressed about wedding logistics. I decided to go, and it was exactly what I needed. Her class was appropriate for all levels, so I didn't feel pressured to do something that was too difficult. Those who are more advanced had options to do things at their level too. After I felt so calm and ready to take on anything that came my way, which significantly helped with my ability to be in the moment for the wedding and let go of control of all the logistics (something I struggle with). All our family in attendance loved the class, including my Mother in Law that is a yoga teacher herself. If you are considering taking her class or having her lead one at your event, do it!
We also have been working with Jess on resilient relationship coaching. It has been very helpful so far in deepening our understanding of each other, supporting each other’s personal growth, and improving the communication issues we have struggled with over the years. It can be very hard for me to be vulnerable in front of others, but Jess creates a loving and accepting space that makes it possible to be open and honest in our sessions. Since we are not in the area, we have been able to do the sessions via Zoom, which has been very convenient.
Our experience with Jess has been very positive and we would both highly recommend her to anyone looking for officiating, coaching, or yoga. In fact, I have already recommended her coaching to a family member.

I really appreciate that she helps me with modifications due to my joint issues but still allows me to explore my own movement and modifications that work for me.
