I went to Leslie for help with physical intimacy. I’ve been in therapy for years and it has helped me tremendously. Emotionally, I’m learning to be more vulnerable with my partner, but I struggle with physical intimacy in my relationship. Leslie and I have done multiple hands on coaching sessions. She walked me through mindfulness exercises to get me more in touch with my body and my partners. Leslie maintained firm boundaries which helped me feel safe and able to explore my difficulties around physical intimacy. What I liked most about my coaching sessions with Leslie is how excited she was about what she was teaching me! It helped me get excited too.
