Adam’s hands-down the best personal trainer I’ve ever had! I originally signed up for boxing lessons which I’ve really enjoyed but his training went well beyond that. He’s helped me rethink my existing lifting routines, helped with technique, form and load management. He’s got a great private facility, flexible scheduling and just awesome guy all around. I’d highly recommend him for anyone that’s looking for boxing classes or just general fitness training.

Adam is a trainer like no other. The work he has done with my teenage son is a wonderful combination of boxing skills training, life coaching and mentoring. The positive impact he has been able to influence for my struggling son has been more meaningful than counseling or any other intervention we have tried. Adam truly cares about his clients and has a strong passion for helping teenagers. I highly recommend him for coaching and personal training.

Adam was my personal trainer back at A4 in L.A. He’s not only a great trainer, but a great coach as well. He’s not just in it to make a buck — he genuinely wants you to improve in every aspect of your fitness, and takes each client’s individual needs, goals, and circumstances into account. Adam is also very knowledgeable about nutrition, proper form, and how to avoid injury. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to get their personal fitness goals on track.

Coach Adam changed my life. He made me a better athlete, but more importantly he made me a better human. We started working together about 4 years ago when I was looking for a striking coach to help prepare me for the beginning of my professional MMA career. We’re now 7-2 and still climbing. Adam understands how to bring the best out of me as a person not just an athlete, and I believe this is the most important factor in being an elite coach. It takes a strong understanding of human nature to be a good leader. Adam understands the mental game (through psychology and philosophy) and is able to effectively guide me to making better decisions for my career and my life. Sometimes you just need to hear the right words at the right time and Adam somehow always says the right things. Another redeeming quality is he doesn’t beat around the bush and isn’t afraid to tell you how it is. You always know you’ll get the truth from Adam; honesty goes a long way in sustaining a strong relationship. He brings the best out of me and I know he’ll bring the best out of you.

Adam has been my personal trainer for almost 2 years. During that time I have consistently been impressed with his ability to program training sessions that help me to get better at whatever it is I want to do physically - whether it is running a race, learning boxing technique, or just getting stronger. When I injured my knee and could barely walk on it, he gave me exercises to rehab it. He is able to meet me where I am -- whether I need to figure out the logistics of how to continue training while I am traveling or the psychology of why I might be having trouble getting motivated to train regularly. Adam is an incredibly skilled coach and trainer. I cannot recommend him highly enough!
