My son, a 10th grader now, started with Vibrant for Algebra 2 when he entered high school last year. He went thru a high school adjustment phase during which we realized that there was a gap between what was being taught at school, homework assigned and the questions on the bi weekly math tests. The tests were much harder than expected and he felt under prepared for them. He ended the first semester of 9th grade with a B but always felt that he could have easily gotten a higher grade but for the teaching/ learning gap.

The Vibrant team has been the best thing that happened to him. His tutor has been awesome! She was able to quickly bridge the gap by teaching him how to approach all types of problems including difficult ones. His focus increased significantly as he was taught the logic and quick methods to check his answers. This helped him build accuracy in his work. Over a period of 6 weeks we saw a big change in his confidence level going into the bi weekly tests at school. Soon enough he was consistently scoring above 90% and he ended the second semester with an A!

He is now in PreCalculus and we are continuing with Vibrant. He has been keeping his test scores above a 90% this semester. He looks forward to the tutoring sessions and now loves math! We also see the impact of this in his performance in other subjects also. It has motivated him to do his best in everything.

There are two aspects to learning:- (1)learning how to learn (2) learning the actual subject content.
My son’s Vibrant tutor clearly excels
in teaching him both aspects and this has made the difference.

As a parent, I am extremely grateful for the dedication and quality of teaching that Vibrant offers and look forward to working with them next year for Calculus as well.

When I reached out, I was really struggling in math and needed a huge amount of help. Amadeus and the Learn Vibrant team turned math into something I like and something I look forward to. To me, math is one of those things where it gets really fun when you understand what's going on, and I just never had that opportunity where I could see it like that. They helped me become someone that other people look up to, especially in math, and put me in a position where I could also help people who looked up to me because of how good I was at it. Also, I feel like a lot of the tutors are very impersonal and don't really care about anything other than the grade, and I feel like Learn Vibrant tutoring is more than that- they try to understand specifically what the problem is.

It's very clear that Amadeus and Nicole like their jobs, they love what they’re doing, and they love to help people.

And they put a lot of effort into their job and are very knowledgeable about the subject, which I admire a lot.

A lot of tutors are just like “Hey, you're doing this wrong”, without putting in the effort to understand the student, so they don't actually know what's going on. I feel like Amadeus actually took time to figure that out and figure out what worked best for me and put in a lot of effort.

It was amazing to see Amadeus Ciok and my son working very hard together to improve the grade in a short time, with only a test left before the final in high school.
At the beginning, my son was skeptical about working with a tutor, but after the 1st evaluation session, he wanted to continue. He was very comfortable working with Amadeus due to his patience and easy-to-understand way of teaching.
