AMAZING!! I have been taking lessons with Ina for about 1 year and can see such an amazing difference. I took 3 years of Spanish in high school and 2 years in college but still felt like I couldn't even hold a conversation. I now see improvements every time I meet with Ina. We meet weekly on Zoom and she is always so patient, understanding and a great Spanish teacher! I would highly recommend hiring Ina whether you are just beginning your Spanish journey, have taken classes before, want a tutor for a course you're currently in, or even just want someone to practice with!

I've been taking Spanish with Ina for several months and she is a wonderful teacher. She is flexible and gives you encouragement. I'm an older student, but I find I'm able to read and understand Spanish when it is spoken. With her excellent tutelage, I hope to be a lot more confident and fluent with speaking Spanish within the year.

She teaches you the basics and explains the root of the language, and the CORRECT way to speak Spanish. She is an exceptional instructor.

Update: Ina stated she was sick May 2024, and suspended our lessons. She stated we would resume in July 2024. It is now February 2025, and I am STILL yet to hear from her. Hopefully, she is feeling better, but the lack of communication is baffling. I won't chase anyone down who I was paying $200 per month to tutor me. Personally, I believe she had no interest in continuing tutoring, which is fine. Just say that. 🤷🏽‍♂️

I liked the way Ina conducted her sessions: she’s patient, friendly, and understanding. We went over a few lessons that were in her practice books, and she made me realize what I needed to work on.

I came in with an intermediate level of Spanish, but I was stuck and didn’t know how to advance. Ina knows exactly what her learners need to focus on and provides them with the resources to help them out. I will be recommending anyone that wants to learn Spanish to meet with her.

Ina is absolutely wonderful. She is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and caring. She has worked diligently to get me up to speed and is very organized. Ina always knows where we left off, she's always on time, sends reminder texts about class, and comes prepared to teach me new information each day. It has been about 2 months since I started my Spanish lessons with Ina and feels like I have already learned so much!
I grew up in a Spanish household but was never able to fully understand how to speak it. I could understand it but could not form the sentences when it came to speaking in a conversation. Taking lessons with Ina, I feel like I am learning Spanish the right way. I'm learning the anatomy of Spanish sentences and the proper ways to put them together. It is a lot of valuable information that I feel is hard to get from apps and resources online unless your familiar with the process of learning a new language. Not only that but the pace and order we tackle the lessons have made them easier to learn and helps make them stick. Ina is very kind, knowledgeable, patient, and is fun to talk to! Being able to casually talk to her with the knowledge learned from her lessons feels great and I am honestly having a fun time! Also, her cat Bruno is adorable. I would highly recommend her.
