Although I’m a big fan of La Colombe, this particular location fell short. The service was impersonal, pretentious, and outright rude. The baristas had an attitude when we ordered our pumpkin chai and a regular decaf latte. The decaf latte was far too strong, and when we politely asked for a remake, the barista’s response was less than welcoming. Unfortunately, the remake was just as disappointing. Overall, we didn’t have the best experience at this La Colombe.

We ordered the drip coffee and it was amazing.. During busy hours it could get very crowded,so plan accordingly.

Nicely done space with lots of room to stand or sit and enjoy a coffee, before, during or after shopping in the Westfield. We love to grab donuts from nearby Randy’s (shhh!) and then sit and enjoy coffee before the stores open. I’ve always loved their mugs and saucers. The design of those plus the feel of this La Colombe in particular makes me feel more like I’m in a European cafe rather than an LA mall. Good, friendly service too.

I have been to the source of my coffee river. It was my number one destination of choice when i heard we were heading to LA. I wanted to go to each one in LA but was told no....oh well. Next time i will try each one and then again.

Seems like these guys are all about what's on tap. I can't speak to the espresso pulls but their "black and tan" was supremely enjoyable on a hot day. Definitely stop in here over Coffee Bean or Starbucks.

The most vile atmosphere I have witnessed in an establishment. The man taking our order could not have been more displeased with his job and should absolutely be removed from customer facing positions. Before we even began ordering, he looked my family and me up and down and laughed. When I simply asked for my cold brew over ice, he chuckled and condescendingly told me that all cold brew comes over ice. Maybe this snob should go to one of the other coffee shops in this mall where they do not in fact serve their cold brew over ice. We then asked for milk in our coffees and were met with a blank face from this wonderful man and a bottle of empty milk pushed across the table at us. At the end of it all, the coffee sucked.

This is a job. One that many people would be happy to have. Fill the position with people who want to face with others and will make coffee without acting pretentious and disgustingly rude.

Boughie mediocre coffee. Tastes ok, nothing to write home about. Some acidity, no strong taste, not particulary smooth. Staff was just as bland as the coffee. Come in with a smile leave feeling eh. Go to eatily, much better coffee and service.

I really like the draft latte and the ambiance of the shop. Their staff are friendly too, thus I enjoy their service
