Kris' Total Fitness

We really enjoyed a guest membership at Kris' while we were staying in Tubac. We try to visit gyms when we travel and this one is small but really well equipped and Kris is the true star, always energetic and upbeat. He makes the whole place work.

Kris is a fabulous trainer, very personable, friendly guy. The gym is always clean, never overly crowded, very close to home. His gym provides a wide variety of gym equipment that is suitable for all fitness types/needs. Judy's classes are excellent, she provided with one of the best ab routines I have ever had!

Great little Gym. Its small but never crowded. It's clean and the equipment is maintained well. The clientele is mostly of retirement age but some are younger. The staff is friendly. The owner, Chris, knows everybody and is very personable. A genuine nice guy. They offer group fitness and personal training as well. There are no showers here, but that is not a big deal. Most people shower at home anyway. There are no lockers but there are cubbies to place your things that are visible from the entire gym. Leave my keys and wallet out without worry. Being a small gym, there isn't room for the latest equipment like iso-lateral or lever machines. Also no room for machines that don't get used much anyway, like abductor / adductor machines. You're probably kidding yourself if you think you need those things anyway.

Excellent staff, Kris is as knowledgeable as any trainer I've met. Do your self a favor and join this, especially if your 55+ as I. My health is 30% better since I went to Kris. pricing is very fair.

Excellent facility, clean and very friendly.

It's the only actual gym in Tubac, it has everything you need, the owner is super cool, check it out if youre down here and want to get a lift in!

Amazing set up so close to home. And Kris is the nicest guy, and super helpful, expert training advice and insight for all ages. This is a fantastic spot. STAY HEALTHY! GET AFTER IT!
