Krav Maga XD/SLOCO

I was apprehensive to start Krav. I had friends who spoke very highly of it. I decided to give it a try and love it. Adam and Hilda foster the best environment. Everyone is very welcoming. It doesn't matter if you're a beginner or have been in the class awhile, you will learn something new all the time. Adam works with each student to make sure they are using the best technique for their size and build. I'm pretty short so I find this especially helpful. Definitely give it a try!

I joined Krav Maga XD/SLOCO back in September of this year after inquiring about them from someone I trust. They came highly recommended, and I can say that so far the experience has been excellent! Adam and Hilda create an engaging environment that is both supportive and challenging at the same time. Students are encouraged to push themselves but always with a great deal of support and detailed instruction. Whether you are just starting out or are further along on your KM journey, I would highly recommend their classes.

I don't think there are sufficient words for how much this had changed my life physically, mentally, and emotionally. I initially took a fundamental class before going on a solo trip almost 2 years ago and now I feel I have the physical and even psychological tools to protect myself. Adam is one of the best to learn from, and the people I train with makes this space a fun, social, but most importantly safe place to train.

Do you know what to do when someone tries to suddenly attack you on the street? Thanks to devoted, great instructors; Adam & Hilda I can answer that question with full confidence; YES! With their practical teaching skills and generous personalities. Everyone could face a situation that you need to react with your fists and I did, a long time ago. Adam and Hilda gave me a chance to train myself, physically and mentally to become a person who could protect myself and loved ones.

Great experience! Everyone one was very welcoming and kind. I was nervous walking into my first class but walked out excited for my next one. Adam and Hilda are amazing teachers!

The instructors are amazing here. They will work with you and make sure you are doing everything correctly. I would highly recommend them.
