This is a gem! I'm new to Pilates and Karin was kind, knowledgeable and approachable. I started with 3 private sessions, and just finished a series of classes. Pilates has helped me feel stronger and just good overall. It's been great for my back. Highly recommend trying it out, Karin is awesome and the studio is welcoming.

Karin is amazing and the facility is awesome! I'm very excited to be starting my "get fit" journey with her at KO Pilates! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a Pilates studio!
