Everyone here is super friendly and positive. I’ve never felt more support in a gym than from here. I highly recommend this gym!!! Give it a try you definitely won’t go anywhere else after!!!

Such a positive atmosphere than your regular gyms. I hated going to LA fitness or planet fitness because of how rude and judgemental people can be, but here everyone from the staff to the members were so polite and welcoming. I like how you can pay for a day pass to try it instead of having to do a full membership right away. I definitely encourage people to check it out

A great spot for punks and anyone to train at. Great atmosphere, people are respectful and helpful. There is a lot of humility in everyone. The coaches are very friendly and diverse in their methods. Overall a very good environment to workout in and learn some MMA in. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to start or continue their training! 👊

This place is more than a business, it’s a family, I’ve seen so many new connections of students formed through this gym, if you’re looking to get in shape or learn martial arts, this is definitely where you want to go, ALL AGES ALL LEVELS NO EGOS !!

Awesome gym with really affordable prices, friendly staff and friendly people who train, I’ve been to a different Muay Thai gym and it doesn’t compare to this gym. This is one of the best things I’ve done this year, sign up asap
