I purchased a Diamond and I also ordered a new setting as well. The jeweler cut the crown too short causing the prongs to left and not secure the diamond. They made excuses. I was forced to take the ring elsewhere to be properly set in another new setting. Yes they did say they would fix it. But after being told that not only did they cut it way too short, the jeweler also did some terrible soldering to a brand new setting. Very disappointed. The couple who owned KJons before this couple were awesome. But the new owners who bought the business a couple of years ago….. well I wouldn’t recommend them. That’s sad to say. Now I’ve got to drive further to get the job done correctly.

I could not rave about Lupita and K Jon's Jewelry enough. I brought my a wedding/engagement rings into K Jon's wanting to replace them with a ring that was "bigger and better". With Lupita's expertise she suggested I keep my current stones and redesign the ring. I am so happy I listened to her! The customized ring came out perfectly and keeping my original diamonds makes the ring more personally meaningful. During the several month long process, Lupita was thoughtful and very patient. She communicated well and made sure I never felt rushed. Each time we made a design change she made sure that I was 100% happy before we continued forward. I had a wonderful experience at K.Jons! I recently brought in a gold charm necklace that I wanted updating, as well as my engagement ring that needed repairing. My necklace turned out beautiful and was exactly what I asked for. Lindsay was very helpful in the design. As for my engagement ring, they gave me two different options on how to repair/improve the ring which was very helpful. I will definitely be returning for future purchases and repairs! Lindsay and the team are very professional and the shop itself has the most beautiful pieces…I wanted to buy it all ?
