I've visited the language school Kaplan International in Santa Barbara for 14 weeks. The teachers at Kaplan are just amazing! The teachers that I had were really professional and smart. It was fun to go to school and I've learned a lot without notice that I've learned a lot. They do a lot on a playful way and that makes it really fun. You learn a lot of vocabulary all the time and also you learn a lot about general knowledge. You don't practice just grammar (thankfully) as this is really boring - nobody likes to do grammar. It was really a great experience.

Kaplan Santa Barbara is the second school I went to to improve my Englisch skills. I was positively surprised. And this school was definitely better than the first. I don't want to make anyone look stupid - so I won't name the first school.
The staff, the other students and the English class in Santa Barbara… I really enjoyed it!

the recruiter for host families proved very unreliable. Out first appointment was cancelled at the last minute even though she knew early in the morning that she could not keep it. She failed to show up or contact me to cancel for the second appointment.
