I was looking around for a place to learn any self defense. So I went through a couple of free classes. A lot of the classes were mostly cardio and I was looking for a place to learn techniques. I found my home at kali.

They have a knowledgeable and helpful coach. As well great support system with the students that attend. Everyone will help you grow and become better each day.

They have two locations, one in Whittier and one at a private location in Anaheim off the 91.

As a beginner, I highly recommend this for other beginners. You get to work the technique and spar with different belts. Each person will help you with their experiences to help you succeed.

Had a Great meeting with Bud Thompson who explained to me the concept of Mix martial arts and how it kept him in great shape and healthy at over 90 years old I signed up right then. Looking forward to the classes.
