Jennifer Hooper has a kind and joyful energy that made me feel instantly at ease when working with her.

Before I started working with her, I was really struggling. In less than a year I had lost my mother, my job and my partner of almost twenty years. I was absolutely devastated.

During the Breakthrough process, I felt completely safe while she held space for me as I processed my emotions. She gently guided me through the grieving process, and helped me to release old traumas and limiting beliefs that had been keeping me stuck for years.

After my Breakthrough with Jennifer, I experienced an epic shift. I went from feeling abandoned, broken and lost to feeling totally empowered, enthusiastic and inspired to go after exactly what I want in all areas of my life.

I've been a coaching client of Jennifer's for about 5 years and it has been a wonderful experience. I've shifted a lot of my perspectives and now work towards what I want and not away from what I don't want. Most recently I have been working with her using Neuro Linguistic Programming and Time Line Therapy so that I now react to situations based less on what happened in my past but more on my current beliefs and experiences. And, I've learned to trust my intuition much more ! There is always much more work to do but I'm amazed by what we've accomplished.
