I chose to train with Jennie because my life and relationships with myself and others was a “hot mess “. My life had spiraled out of control and I knew that if I didn’t do something drastic towards re-direction I was doomed to create the same patterns over and over falling back to the “sick safety” I was believing would protect me from harm.
