After long time working towards we finally made the move to building our dream house. JDS consulting was recommended to us by a friend and after a short investigation we hired them for the design and engineering work for our project. Tommy Elfont is our engineer/ designer and we cannot be happier with the results.
We sent Tommy our vision board pictures and a collage of the floor plan wants and he went to work. We collaborated for a couple of weeks to refine the plans and got it to where the work can start. Once the work started we made some additional changes and Tommy was able to do that for us quickly so we don’t suffer delays.
It really pays off to have your design and engineering under same roof and I highly recommend JDS for your next project.

I hired JDS, specifically, Dylan Johnston, to do work on my personal renovation. I am also the Sales Manager of a regional builder in Wilmington, NC, where I have used JDS/Dylan. We have had modifications needed once we opened walls or got final details, and they have helped keep us moving via electronic means.
