The best gym I’ve ever been to! It’s like a family here! I love training with Mason twice a week. All the trainers here are incredible and will absolutely help you reach your goals! LOVE LOVE LOVE IT HERE!!!!!

Outstanding equipment and environment. Spencer is fantastic owner. You can tell there was great time and detail in building out this new gym and choosing high end equipment by the quality of the spot. Friendly community with a smaller population, members share the space and the gym is kept clean by staff and members alike.

Had to do sprint intervals, no where else was open cus its thanksgiving, gym came in clutch and had very exceptional equipment, 30$ for a day pass was a lil much but im not trippin, the gyms dope

Great gym with a great owner! Has great membership plans and perks, such as one free energy drink a day. 24/7 access is also perfect, especially for people looking to workout on the holidays. Has unique equipment you won't see in any commercial gym either!

I have been working with Jenn at CP Iron for almost 3 months now. She is amazing! I needed some new guidance to get back into regular workouts and make sure I am doing the work correctly. The feedback is great and anytime I need to change something up, she has awesome suggestions and work-arounds which help give me confidence in the gym. I absolutely love the app she provides with workout routines during the week so I'm not lost trying to figure out what to work on next. Everything is flexible and interchangeable and I am able to move around the workouts as I need to fit what my focus is (or what I feel like doing) for the day. These last two weeks I experienced my biggest weight drop of almost 10 lbs in such a short amount of time! I am thrilled to have Jenn as my trainer and I am loving the results! I HIGHLY recommend Jenn if you are looking for someone to push you to your limits and give you full flexibility with your goals!

Genuinely the best gym i’ve ever been to. The community is very wholesome and uplifting, and everyone always helps each other when needed. On top of that it a 24 hour gym so it can always fit into your schedule!
