If you’re feeling stuck or like your life is lacking in anyway you need to book an appointment with Intentions! Elaine is someone who has a strong desire to open your eyes to the possibilities of what can happen when you stop getting in your own way and you start doing the hard work which is life. I learned what time management and block scheduling was, setting goals for myself with the realistic timelines to obtain them, I also left with the best homework to refocus my life. After leaving our session I can say I have been more driven and focused, to live the life I want and deserve because no one is coming to save me but me. I have reorganized my entire house and stayed disciplined with the tools I learned at my ONE intentions session. Beyond worth it.
