I've been a member for several months and have been thoroughly impressed. The gym is conveniently located, making it easy to fit workouts into my busy schedule.
One standout feature is the cleanliness; the facilities are well-maintained.The friendly staff and members create a welcoming atmosphere adding to the positive vibe.
There's also ample parking. Training with Coach Beverly has been a highlight, her motivation and tailored workouts push me to improve.
Overall, Insight Fitness excels in convenience, cleanliness, friendliness, parking, and inspiring trainers. I highly recommend this gym for achieving fitness goals in a supportive environment!

Insight is a great locally owned gym. The vibe is welcoming, comfortable and supportive. I started going almost a year ago after not working out for a very long time. And now my daughter is working out here too. Guy the owner and my personal trainer Beverly have really supported my journey to becoming stronger and healthier. Beverly is very knowledgeable and individualizes your workout while carefully considering any injuries or issues you might have. She’s so fun to work with, pushes you to do your best, and she will be your biggest cheerleader. We give her a million stars.

Insight Fitness is a great personal training studio, I trained with Beverly for a long time and really loved her energy, enthusiasm, coaching and support during my fitness journey.

Beverly is also good at translating your needs to a fitness plan that helps you reach your goals. And I would say she is equally strong training men and women.

Unfortunately I recently moved out of the area and continue to miss training with Beverly. I would highly recommend both Beverly and Insight if you are looking for an engaged personal training studio.

The studio is well equipped, but the personal training is what I was after. In less than a year with guidance I have lost a lot of fat and gained a lot of muscle. Very friendly place with 24 hour access for those who want to do additional workouts without personal training or for those that just want to work out in general

I don't have enough space here to write about all the ways this place has improved quality of my life. I look forward to coming there each and every time--and leave feeling even better. I know they will make me do exercises I would probably never choose to do on my own, but that's where the transformation begins. It is impressive how they know just how hard to push me to get results.

My husband and I have been training at Insight Fitness for several years with Guy (the owner). He is passionate and dedicated. His business truly reflects his commitment to helping his clients reach their fitness potential. We work with him together for 30 minute training sessions, but there are options to fit every situation - 24 hour access, personalized 1 on 1 training with excellent professionals, and even online workout and fitness tracking. We love it for a lot of reasons - the workouts are great - but we really keep at it because we feel so comfortable there. We are in our late 40’s and early 50’s, and this is the very first gym we’ve found that we’ve been able to really stick with and make a part of our lives. All the staff (and members) there are motivating, compassionate, enthusiastic and genuinely nice people! The equipment is top notch, and the facilities are immaculate. Though we could probably find a place that costs a little less, we absolutely couldn’t find better training or better people. I tell everyone I know about it, but even better, I show them when I easily throw two big bags of dog food over my shoulder and still have a hand to get the door. Guy and Insight Fitness have had a tremendous positive impact on our lives. We can’t recommend him and Insight Fitness highly enough!

Love this gym! The Personal Trainer's are knowledgeable, kind, I was never a person who wanted to work out but Guy my trainer keeps me motivated. I always get a great workout and am sore for days! The location is great, and the atmosphere is what I really appreciate the members and trainers are nice people, and friendly. I was a person who was often intimidated by gyms bit not here, people are great and the gym is amazing. There bathrooms, a shower and lots of great equipment!
