Great class! Highly recommend it regardless of where you're skills are. My wife & I did the Pistol 1 Self-defense class. Mike did a great job of fitting lots of information in, keeping it from being boring & teaching the fundamentals for everyone in the class. He met everyone at their skill level. I like how he operates with a small class so that he can spend time individually with everyone.

Mike's Defensive Pistol Class was instrumental in helping me develop both speed and accuracy. As a newcomer to CCW, I really appreciated the curriculum and Mike's personalized instruction.

I appreciated his focus on improving my draw from the "appendix inside the waistband" (AIWB). Mike took the time to identify and correct mistakes with the arms/grip as well as emphasizing economy of motion. This included minimizing extraneous movement, keeping my body aligned properly, and developing fluid transitions between each step of the draw. I could immediately feel the difference in terms of speed and consistency.

Most importantly, I left Mike's class with specific training drills/techniques/principles that I can practice at home during dry fire and at the range. I look forward to attending future courses. Thank You, Chris M.

I’ve been going for about a year to compete in USPSA & the Monthly Drills Nights. Recently I’ve taken the Lvl.1 Pistol class and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the results. Mike is an outstanding instructor. The majority of the class is spent on the laser range indoors with but if live fire outdoors. Most of my improvements came from the indoor portion as I was able to get the time of my draw down from around 2 seconds to a blazing 1.4 seconds! If your a new shooter, someone whose shot their whole life like me or anywhere in between and just wanna get better come see Mike and get you some instruction. YOU WONT REGRET IT !
