My shopping experience here was not good. For starters, I came into this store with a lot of enthusiasm, I was ready to purchase my dream sewing machine which was and is the Baby Lock Brilliant, which the shop did not carry and would have to order for me. Unfortunately, the owner suggested I get the Juki Haruka. Being new to sewing I figured her experience was going to be helpful, but it was not! The machine I really wanted IS the Brilliant, I needed a machine that could handle making clothes, quilts, oven mitts, bags, etc. To make matters worse, I called the shop on several occasions to make an appointment to learn how to use my Juki. I attempted to call on several occasions but did not receive a call back. I found this to be incredibly rude!!! Especially because the owner, Colleen, told me she would make time for me out of her busy schedule. This place does not have consistent customer service and cares more about selling what they want to get rid of, not what the customer wants or needs. On a side note, the Juki is a work horse, but was not enough to quench my sewing needs. I purchased the Baby Lock Brilliant straight through the manufacturer and avoided going back to this shop. They lost my business and confidence! I will never go to this place again! I also want to mention that their sewing classes are more like parties, what kind of place has classes that run through midnight and serve alcohol, a substance I do NOT want to be exposed to. I would suggest to others to be cautious when purchasing at this place. The owner went as far as to tell me what thread color to use on my quilt. Something I did not appreciate! Overall a poor shopping experience!!!

I went for the first time over the weekend. I was amazed my their fabric, and sewing machine options. I will definitely put this on to go list when I’m in the area. The staff was very helpful and super friendly.

Nice fabric selections but DO NOT LET THEM LONG ARM QUILT YOUR PROJECT! My first two projects were quilted by Tamara, who has a good eye for quilting patterns, and did a great job. My third project was quilted by the store manager (Tamara's mother) and there were crossed lines, and places where quilt stitching had been removed. For my fourth project I requested Tamara. Months went by so I finally asked for my quilt back and the manager said it was one that was going to be finished that very weekend. She said her daughter would contact me. Instead, the manager contacted me and said Tamara had chosen a nice quilting pattern and was going to begin. When I got my quilt back I was shocked. There were several puckers around the edges, there was a mangled edge, and the quilt pattern didn't match the style of the quilt at all. The top of the quilt was puffy in some places as if it hadn't been smoothed properly before quilting. Either the manager lied to me and quilted it herself, or Tamara's skills have decreased dramatically. I was charged the full price for the service.
But they do have cute fabric.
