IloveKickboxing is one of the best workout that you can do A LOT in an hour. The sweat I get now compare to other classes I attended before is Nothing to this!!! The Staff at Pacifica Ca are friendly and always pushes you to do a great workout. The Cleanliness, the vibe and everyone’s smile after a hard workout will be the Best feeling ever! every punch, kicks, squats, pushups ARE Worth IT!

Update: YEAR 2024 and Im Still Going ...sore muscles, strong back, gaining muscles and seeing an unbelievable packs!!!. nothing can stop me, IM ALL THE way UPPPP! **wink!
New perks from the studio, medicine balls, technique classes and resistance band class and never ending prices all year round. I think they have given like the whole agenda of what our body needs , and what members look for. Name it, they got it.

I'm one of the members who has stayed committed to change my lifestyle when it comes to selfcare, call me the senior clan of ILKB hehehehe. I hope you get to enjoy and love it too like we all did. Shout out to all the amazing coaches and who runs this studio till this day. I don’t think I will ever stop renewing my membership since I also found my set of friends who loves food and just having a good time. Love you ILKB fitfams!

It was the best class I been to for a while love the vibe and teacher are cool and his name is Sunshine and love how he gets everyone involve and will help you as whomever need it it was just amazing first class experienced

My only workout place for a year now! Instructors are friendly, motivating and always energetic. I always go to night class, and come back home with joy and more energy! I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to do regular workout and have much fun!!! Especially, love their theme nights!!!

I joined a few months ago and absolutely love this place! Best workouts I've ever had, and I've been working out and and off for many years. Instructors are fun, facilities are clean, members are very friendly and welcoming , and you get a great cardio + HIIT + strength + mobility workout.

Love this place! The staff, classes and studio are just what I was looking for to build strength, stamina and community. I always have fun no matter what class I'm taking because the staff makes it so you want to keep coming back. Also, the FitFam here is amazing. Everyone is friendly, encouraging and just all around wonderful people.

This place is incredible. I’ve been going here for almost a year and don’t see myself stopping anytime soon. The people here are so kind, friendly, helpful, and energetic. This includes the staff and members. It’s such a fun place to be every night. The changes are unreal. Over 40 pounds lost so far.

I’ve been a member for over 3 years and ILKB is a fantastic place work out your body and mind.
There is always an enthusiastic vibe and energy that makes you push yourself physically. Heart rates up, high intensity, stretching, punching, kicking and cooling down..
