The swim instructor was fabulous! Very attentive and professional. They made sure my son was comfortable with the warmth of the water, with putting his head under water and with humming. Only then did they move to the next level.

With semi private lessons they try to make sure to group like students together. We took the lessons in a private pool which was a plus. I am very impressed with my son's new found confidence in water

My kids spent 5 months in another swimming school and their progresses were slow. We were disappointed and decided to switch to IAmMeMentors. Happy with our decision. The coach, Darcy, was very communicative and involved in the whole class. Within two months, my elder one was able to do lap swimming in a regular sized swimming pool, and the younger one also gained confidence and improved quite a lot. We're very satisfied with the class quality. They are flexible in arranging make up class as well. The previous swimming school does not offer makeup class so if kids are sick or on travel, the class is forfeited.
The only complaint is that it took me huge amount of time to read through their long emails to understand the rules and enroll the class. To talk to them it's required to make appointment of 1 - 1 Zoom meeting. It is too much for busy parents. Hope it'll get simplified but I guess that's a challenge for small business like this.

I am thoroughly impressed with the quality of service provided by I Am Me Mentors Swim Instruction. The instructor, Michaela, possesses a wealth of technical and skill-based knowledge and can communicate with both children and adults in an encouraging and supportive manner. As a parent, it is important to me to have a consistent and well-structured program, and I appreciate that the company recognizes the value of such an instructor. After several months of classes, my wife and I have gained significant confidence in our swimming abilities. Additionally, my daughter transitioned smoothly from a previous program to this one under the instruction of Michaela and Darcy, both of whom she adores. She consistently exits the pool with a proud and happy smile on her face. We are extremely satisfied with the experience and look forward to continued progress in the future.

Do not recommend. The amount of handholding they needed from me was just too much for sending a five year old to 12 swimming classes. You must be willing to commit several hours a week to communicate with them. I would not trust my kid to the program coordinator (Michaela) in a pool - not even in a bath tub.

- they require 1-1 meetings with them in order to enroll your kid
- they sent me over 40 SMS, emails, calls (and left voicemails), so that I would complete registration. It was just too much
- they promised discounts by following their social pages, then did not apply the discounts
- they send very long emails. One email had 1415 words! it is really hard to keep up with them
- they removed my kid from the classes (the day before they started!) after i gave them feedback on streamlining their communications.

Swim school that gets it right. Friendly staff, flexible classes, and makeup options – they understand real-life schedules.

No frills, just solid swimming lessons. Definitely recommend for those who want results without the unnecessary fluff.

Some of the best instructors we have worked with. Really enjoy learning with Darcy + Michaela. The website sign up and communications can be a bit complicated but the training is exceptional.
