Overall it wasn’t a bad experience per-se. The class itself and the instruction is very good, clearly knowledgeable, friendly and up to date. That being said just a lot of miscommunication and lack of follow up. For example I still don’t have my certificate, which they’ve said would be sent 3 times now, my instructor didn’t show and another had to come, they forgot to charge me and don’t have a way to do it online so I had to come back to the office.

Things like that. Everyone was very nice though, and it’s possible I just had a random fluke experience as far as some of this goes.

Needed to renew my BLS for work during the weekend. Hands to Heart had several times and classes available over the weekend and was super reasonably priced. The instructor George was absolutely fantastic, he was easy going, kept the material concise, made it relevant, and was absolutely hilarious. Of the 4 times Iv had to renew my BLS card, this was by far the best CPR class I have attended and would highly recommend to anyone looking to get CPR/BLS certified. Thank you guys!

I’m SOOO happy I found this place. I had paid for a class with a different company and they just never showed up. I called Hands to Heart and they were able to accommodate me and add me to a class the same day. The instructor was very professional and knowledgeable. He was able to answer everyone’s questions clearly and concisely. I can’t thank them enough!
