My teenage son has been training with Coach Javon for years. We have seen tremendous growth in his skills and strategies of the game. Always provide constructive feedback. My son has developed a good passion of the sport. I know it has to do with Coach Javon's style of teaching---not too straight, he's encouraging and he keeps it fun too. Coach also is very knowledgeable with junior development training, and college recruiting process and has given us great insights in those areas. I believe he attends coaches trainings and conferences regularly to keep himself informed. He genuinely cares about each student. At his clinics the time is used very efficiently, the kids are working all the time and not standing on a side waiting for their turn. The program he developed not only greatly improves the game and technical skills but also provides physical conditioning, mental training, an opportunity to play matches with players of different levels and participate at JTT. Great academy. Javon is a really good coach, very patient and knows what he is doing. He always comes up with new drills to work on particular aspect of the game and has helped me a lot come back to playing tennis after a break for 10 years.
