Gina Cherry with Green Valley SUD was so kind and helpful with my larger than usual bill. She was able to schedule a data check same day of call. The tech went out and checked my meter then called me to explain what he was seeing. It's amazing that a simple leak in the toilet could get so costly. I promptly got it repaired and Green Valley is working with me on a leak adjustment. I give them 5 stars and so thankful that I'm in their district.

I have had service from GVSUD for three years now and I have to say they are a terrific Utility Service Company. Rates are good, and their service and attention to detail is outstanding. When I signed up I dealt with Gina and now that I am moving and terminating service soon, Gina was right there to assist and walk me through the details. Super friendly and professional. All handled without much effort on my part in a matter of minutes. If you have the option in your area to connect with GVSUD I give them my total unconditional referral. They also are on top of it when there is any type of disturbance, weather, lightening etc that may affect the service delivery and email, text etc. with status and updates. Great utility provider. I will miss them.

My Water Bill quadruple from what I usually pay in the last several months and my habits did not change. Called CS and they said it was probably a leak. The AWESOME Gina Cherry emailed me a little later after my call had ended and let me know from the Live feeds she could tell it was a leak and gave me instructions on how to see if it was one of my toilets. Sure enough it was, and I was only able to figure out where the leak was coming from because Gina took the time to email me with the suggestion of where to start. OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE! Few people go the extra mile now in days! KUDOS GINA!!!
