I love going to my women empowered lessons!
The instructors are certified, they always explain each exercise perfectly so we can do it in a safety way.
Being with the other girls is super relaxing and happy.
The place is spacious, always clean and has the bonus that there is an area for the children to wait while you take your class.

I almost wasn't brave enough to join but SO GLAD I have! The instructors are incredible! They are patient and uplifting. They take the time to show you the techniques multiple times if needed. My husband, daughter and I love everything about it. I've gained more friends and confidence from the other students (adults and kids). The environment is an all around welcoming place.

Josh is a great instructor and is amazing with kids. I signed my son up at the beginning of this year for the bullyproof program, this is the first time he has done any kind of martial arts or sports and he loves it. All of the instructors do a great job of making sure the kids are learning and having fun. The character development and discipline that are taught are great. I can not say enough good things about Josh and everyone else at Gracie Jiu-jitsu Fort Smith, I would recommend them to everyone.

I have really enjoyed my time here at Gracie Fort Smith. The instructors are amazing, and very knowledgeable. Everyone is extremely patient and understanding. My 12 year old also trains here, he has never had a bad experience. The bullyproof classes are such a joy to watch, they learn how to stand up for themselves, or others, while not becoming the bully themselves. Cannot recommend this school enough.

I came into my first class extremely nervous and brand new to martial arts. Stephanie was extremely kind and welcoming, answering all of my questions and helping to ease my nerves. I then had a wonderful experience in my first class and have since found a love for Jiu-Jitsu. The instructors are extremely knowledgeable, easy to learn from, and personable. I would recommend this place to anyone. It is a blast every time I’m there!
