Aaron is a wizard! When my baseball player son started at Gamespeed he was running an 8+ sec 60 yard dash. Now he runs a 7.1!!! A full second + in about 6 mos! Phenomenal! The transformation in my son’s athleticism and his body is tremendous! If your son or daughter is not already training at Gamespeed, they need to start right away. Aaron will develop a customized plan for their specific sport. The changes will be DRAA-MATT-IC!

Coach Aaron is the best and he delivers excellent results. My son has dropped over a half second in his 50 and 40 yard dash times over the past 7 months. The facility and training regimen are both excellent and individually tailored to maximize results for your child. Coach Aaron not only has top level expertise but also is very personable and flexible to handle busy family schedules.

Gamespeed was great for my 15 year old daughter that plays Travel Softball and Flag Football. She got faster running home to first in 2.7 seconds and 40yd in 5.2 seconds. She loved training with Aaron and everything he taught her. You get what you put in and my daughter gave it 100. I recommend Gamespeed 100%.

I brought my son to Gamespeed 2 years ago not knowing what to expect. What happened during that time would be instrumental in him becoming a D1 player at USC. My 12 year old year round softball player has been working with Coach Aaron for about two months. We have seen incredible improvement during that time. She has a workout that is specifically tailored to her which Coach Aaron adds to as she gains strength and speed. We are particularly focused on opportunities to improve on agility and strength for injury prevention. Coach Aaron does it all. We started out going three times a week to build a foundation during the off season. Now that practice has started, my daughter goes twice a week. She loves it!

This last weekend her team had their first tournament. She is used to catching all day on Saturday, but this was the first tournament where she felt like even in the third game catching she could hustle at 100%. Her feet and shoulder didn't hurt after the tournament either. This is all due to Gamespeed and the work she puts in with Coach Aaron.

Beyond the physical improvements in both speed and strength, the environment itself has helped my kid develop more of an "athlete mindset." There are athletes of all ages, moving around doing their workouts, getting correction and guidance from Coach Aaron, but generally the format empowers the kid to take ownership of their effort and progress. The kids are not hanging around chatting. They move with intention and purpose, working hard and efficiently through their various workouts. I appreciate the approach Coach Aaron takes. He is not there to waste anyone's time. He wants the kid to be motivated and invested in their own success. If a kid brings desire and focus, Coach Aaron will show them the way toward improvement and accomplishment of goals.

As a parent I really appreciate how flexible it is as far as scheduling. We check in every Sunday to see if the times we want are available. This allows up to set up other family events and appointments easily and my daughter still gets her workouts in.

I highly recommend Gamespeed.

Our two daughters have been working with Coach Aaron for the past four years. Coach Aaron created a personalized training program for them with emphasis on their strengths and weaknesses, and updated the program with their progress. Even when there are many athletes in the gym, he's always paying attention and monitoring their practice. In addition to perfecting technique, he has fostered a love for track and field and a very positive growth-focused mindset for our kids. At every session, he makes them feel like they belong in the athletic space. Thank you Coach Aaron!
