Knowledgable, flexible, and professional - Future Fitness is a homerun gym in sea of strikeouts. I bounced around from gym to gym for years until I met Joe. He tailored a workout schedule with goals that were both ambitious and realistic. His creative approach kept the workouts challenging and fresh. Beyond the gym, he coached me balancing my diet and lifestyle to help me realize my best self.

Future Fitness was a lifeline during the pandemic; I continued my regular workouts with confidence, knowing that the sanitation and masking guidelines were taken seriously.

Although I have since moved from the area, I plan to go back when I am in the area visiting friends and family.
