Love the store, and I really felt welcome. They answered all my questions and helped us, highly recommended. The quality of the balloons are great, A while ago went to buy some balloons that were sold out and someone helped me, calling me when the product was available, that was nice client service, love it.

Not really much variety. When asking if they had gold chrome they said yes and just stared at me. I had to ask if they can show me where it’s at and they said they keep it in the back and then stared at me again so I had to ask if I can get 2 bags because one only comes with 25 pieces and they said no only 1. What am I suppose to accomplish with 25 pieces? LOL I get there’s a shortage but was he really gonna make me come back everyday for one bag each day? Anyways, compared to other balloon warehouses I visit with the same products, this is more expensive. Other places are $5 cheaper per bag.
